YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy, made clear.

What happens when you explore Glide today.

Your information.

Glide is designed around the choices you make: where you want to go, what you want to arrange, and the account and workspace you choose to use. Details about account, booking, payment, support, and retention practices will be published here as those services become available.

In your browser.

Appearance changes and page selections may be stored in your browser according to its settings. Your browser may also retain history, cached files, and autofill information.

Hosting and connection information.

When your browser loads a page, image, style, or script, it sends standard connection information such as an IP address, browser request headers, and the requested path to the hosting infrastructure.

Avoid putting personal information in URLs. Provider-specific logging and retention details will be published here when confirmed.

Connected services.

Mapbox provides maps and address/place suggestions. When you type a pickup, destination, or area, Glide sends that query, the relevant search type and ranking bias, and a temporary search-session identifier to Mapbox. Selecting a suggestion sends its Mapbox identifier to retrieve details.

Glide requests location only when you choose Use my location. You can always enter an area yourself. Camera and microphone access are not requested.
